Adam,
The Pansophy System is divided into two categories: R&D and Projects.
We keep travelers separated for each type.
So for R&D Projects coming through EBW the traveler will be SRFRD-EBW-WELD-R1.
For Project specific welds they would need to be placed within each project area... For example
C75-EBW-WELD-R1.
I have attached samples of each taken from the initial travelers Megan found in STP/JLAB. I have also UPDATED the TEMPLATE for you already.
You will need to fill out names, dates and modify fields as needed.
On the front page of Pansophy, on the left side of the screen, are a series of links to help with writing travelers.
Let us know if we can help you in anyway. Thanks.

Megan,
I didn't know about the JLAB-EBW-WELD traveler! Between the two, they're collecting a dataset similar to what I'm looking for. Is there a place where I could find the word versions of these travelers to use as a starting point?
Also, what would be the recommended placement for this traveler, STP or JLAB? Note the acronyms shortcut on the pansophy homepage isn't working, otherwise I'd reference that. This traveler is meant as a one-stop for all EBW weld data, regardless of project, scope, or any other factors, if that makes a difference.
Thank you,
Adam O'Brien

Adam,
That sounds great! An example of a past EBW traveler is in Pansophy under SRF > STP called STP-EBW-WELD if you want to use that for reference. I have attached the authorship guide for writing travelers in this email and there are other resources available on the bottom left of the Pansophy home page. It seems like you have a pretty good feel for what you want but we are always here to help if you need! If you would prefer a meeting for a "how-to" or for assistance on the writing, don't hesitate to ask! We will be happy to have EBW data back on Pansophy!
Megan

Pansophy Team,
I would like to work on re-integrating our EBW information into Pansophy. It seems after reviewing what information I can find that previous systems were only used sometimes, stored in multiple locations, and generally were more of a step confirmation ("Yes I welded this") than a way to gather any meaningful data ("I welded this using these parameters, this program, on this material, and this was the result"). For the past few months we have been collecting the data relevant to us in an excel spreadsheet stored on docushare (here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-229748/EBW%20Data.xlsx>). I have an a pretty good idea of how I'd like things to work moving forward and some features of a general traveler that I'd like to integrate, most of which I've seen in other areas of Pansophy/Primes. If you'd like to setup a meeting to discuss this, please do, otherwise let me know and I can outline my thoughts via email (I know the team isn't big and it seems like you guys are in every meeting, so I don't want to take up too much of your time).
Thank you,
