Gary,

Thank you for the revisions. In the future though, please drop them in the ready for approvals folder. We like to look over revisions ourselves before uploading new versions, and the routing doesn’t change until we change it. It helps us catch any errors or inconsistencies that might have been made. For instance, in step 2 of both revisions, the reviewer fields are missing the input parts. I see the options, but there’s nothing telling me if it’s supposed to be radio buttons, a select dropdown, or what.

Please put in the inputs that you want, then upload to the ready for approval folder. I will put them in as new revisions and route from there.

Allen

I incorporated comments from both of you and uploaded new versions of SNSPPU-CMA-SEC-INSP-R3 and SNSPPU-CMA-REC-INSP-R1. It seems that approvals are not reversed.

Thanks,
Gary

Larry,

Please send emails to the pansophy email address, not just to an individual email like mine. It helps keep us all informed, and allows for someone else to respond if one of us is unavailable.

A few comments for both SEC and REC. Not sure it’s worth anyone’s time to create another Rev, so I went ahead and signed what’s awaiting signature now. But if you’re going to be changing the Title anyway…

Should the spreadsheet SNS PPU End Can Cernox Nominal Resistance Values, which is to downloaded, updated, and uploaded, be listed in the References section, rather than the body of Step 3?

End of Step 3 typo says to upload the “sparedsheet.”

For the REC, it would be great if the 10 Cernox serial numbers were arranged as a list or table, in the same order in which they appear on the two connectors being probed. It would reduce the likelihood of transcription errors. I’m not sure how it’ll appear to the final user in Pansophy, but there’s a lot of room on page 3 for something like this,

[[TDxx022A]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx023A]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx024A]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx021A]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx041A]] <<DCXCUSN>>

[[TDxx022B]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx023B]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx024B]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx021B]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx041B]] <<DCXCUSN>>

Instead of jamming it all on the bottom of page 2,
[[TDxx022A]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx023A]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx024A]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx021A]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx041A]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx022B]] <<DCXCUSN>>
[[TDxx023B]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx024B]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx021B]] <<DCXCUSN>> [[TDxx041B]] <<DCXCUSN>>

Regards,
Larry
