Comments have been incorporated and step have been renumbered.  I also deleted references pertaining to the HOM survey from the cover sheet.  See highlighted text below in this email chain for changes made to the procedure.  The updated procedure PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF has been added to the Ready for Approvals folder.  Please delete the current / disapproved version, move the updated procedure to the Approvals folder, and send the updated procedure version out for approval.

Step 17 we do not have an administrative limit.
Removed reference to “admin limit” in initial FE Onset and initial Rmax.
Initial FEonset: onset of field emission (FE onset, defined to be the first measured gradient where measured radiation is >= 1e-2 mR/hr). If no field emission is detected, insert a value of 50 MV/m.
Initial Rmax value for the highest radiation level inside Dewar lid. If Rmax is background, insert 1e-3 mR/m for this parameter.


Step 19 No NCR if the cavity does not meet spec.  As a matter of fact no NCRs for this work.
Removed NCR requirement for both step 19 (initial) and step 21 (post processing)
At 2.07K, was cavity RF processed (conform specifications in 1497 MHz VTA RF Testing Procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-48113/CP-C100-CAV-VTRF-R2.docx>) to achieve performances over 25 MV/m? Record pertinent information at the right.


Step 22 No NCR and not really required.

Step 23 we are not doing a Qo vs T data set.  That adds 2 or 3 hours to the test.
