[Pansophy] Changes for R12 NCR

Hello Pansophy Team.
Two issues to address in R12 of the NCR traveler.
1. The SRF definition of "use-as-is" does not indicate whether the part is conforming or not conforming. The standard definition of "use as is" in NCR programs is a nonconforming part that is allowed by us and/or the customer. I need a separate disposition called "conforming" to be added as an option for first and second dispositions. This is indicated in yellow highlight in the table below.
2. SRF and its customers have a strong interest in knowing the final end state of parts delivered to a customer. The R11 NCR requires people to know the first and the second disposition fields to determine/understand the final end state. I need any first disposition end states (use as is, reject, return to vendor, and conforming) to be transferred to the second/final disposition field. This allows SRF and it's customers to see one field to know/understand the final end state of a part. This is indicated in green highlight in the table below.
