[Pansophy] L2HE Traveler update_

Hi Pansophy Team,

I made edits to Line 42 (L2HE-INSP-CFL) of the master traveler list. Please see the attached document .

Due to some technical issues, the delivery date of those components at FNL is pushed out by 4-6 weeks. So, I changed the inspection traveler due date to April 1 (I assume that we will receive the parts from FNL on the first week of May). This will give me ample time to get the updated drawings from FNL to incorporate into the inspection traveler.
