[Pansophy] BPM procedure

Hi Ashley. Sorry it's taken me so long to get to this. I was about to route for approvals, when I noticed that it doesn't have any names in the approvals cells at the bottom. I assume you're the author, but who should I put as the SRF Operations Department head, and the SRF R&D Department Head?

Pansophy team,

I don't know how you want to name these so I made it an STP for the BPM cleaning & testing.  I would like to get it into Docushare so I can reference it in the Traveler.
Are you making a place for girder rework? How should I name this?
