At this stage, we'll wait until it's finished being approved. I'll then swap the P1 acronym out for SRF, and put it in the right folder.
If you would, please ask Roland to look through the procedure and approve so we can go ahead and make the move.

Subject: RE: Procedure Question
I agree that the procedure should be a universal procedure that any project can use. What needs to be done / changed in order for the procedure to be a universal procedure?

Thank you Tiffany. Looks like it's just waiting on Roland to approve.
A question that Valerie had was whether it should also be an SRF. The Indium Seal Remover is somewhat of a universal procedure that any project with indium seals might need. It might be better if it were a SRF procedure so any project could link to it.

Allen,
This email chain and draft copy are not the most recent.
Please see the Docushare folder \Facilities\SRF Institute\01 - SRF Projects\01 - Open\1.04.80.014 - P1 Refurbishment (Tony Reilly)\06 - Process Documents and Travelers (P1- refurb)\Approvals.
The latest version of the file is "CP-P1-TUNHT-FLNG-DISA", and it has the required approvers listed at the bottom of the last page.

Subject: FW: Procedure Question
We're going through travelers and procedures to see if any were missed. I was wondering what we should put as the Traveler ID, and who to put in the approval sections at the bottom.

Subject: Procedure Question
Hello,
Kirk asked me to write a procedure on how we removed the indium seal ring from the P1 cavities so that we would have a reference if / when we need to remove that type of seal again. This procedure is not on the list of required procedures / travelers for P1 (and I do not think it needs to be tracked on the list of P1 procedures). I have a draft of the document but also have some questions that I thought you might be able to help me with. I've attached a copy of the draft procedure but it has not been approved by Kirk / Danny yet.
- How/where do I get a Document Number?
- Is a periodic review date required? If so, what is the review cycle?
- Is a traveler required for each procedure?
- Where does the procedure get saved before and after it is approved?
Thanks,
Tiffany Ganey
