[Pansophy] Missing SNS PPU NCR #237

NCR #237 doesn't appear in the data mine report below, but when I look for it directly in the traveler menu it appears in the pull down menu and it opens (here<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=SNSPPU&area=SNSPPU&system=NCR&TRAV_ID=SNSPPU-NCR&TRAV_REVISION=R11&page=1&maxpage=4&TRAV_SEQ_NUM=237&ncr_num=SNSPPU-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R3-34&travstat=y&serialnum=PPU04&SN=PPU04&SNType=SN>).
