Hi All,
The Work Control Documents, which include Travelers and Procedures are owned by SRF Ops. They are the primary means by which we do our jobs in production.
With that said, in his role as the SOTR for the FPC, Naeem is acting on the behalf of SRF Ops and the production team. My understanding in the first revision of the FPC inspection traveler, our recognized SME refused to sign off, thus we replaced him with his supervisor Kirk Davis. Future revisions of the Traveler needs to include Kirk Davis as an approver. It is also imperative that the person more directly in charge of the hands on work be an approver of the work control document, in this case Danny Forehand.
I also consider it inappropriate to make direct request to the Pansophy Team to "lock out" other SRF Ops personnel from Travelers and related WCDs. The request should be made to the supervisor for that individual. He/She will make the decision.
>From my discussion with Kirk last week, he is to orchestrate a meeting with Katherine, Naeem and Mircea to align on roles and responsibilities.
Thanks,
Tony

Managers,
The Pansophy Team is being requested to do things I do not feel are professional nor warranted.
First is was dumping database to find who was changing comments in a traveler,
Then a request to Lock Mircea out of L2HE,
Another request to dump database entries,
And Finally a request to submit and new version of the FPC traveler to Only Katherine and Naeem,
bypassing the SME and proper L2HE / SRFOPS approvals.
I am not sure about what is going on within the L2HE project management NOR why SRFOPS is being bypassed.
The Pansophy Team requests a prompt resolution to this situation.
