[Pansophy] FW: Please close all P1 Inspection travelers - P1-INSR

Hello Valerie & Pansophy team

Aaron checked the traveler P1-INSR , they are for knife edges and from what we can see they are CLOSED in 2020 - Inspection did not appear to be the last step. So we don't know why they are showing up as open in Jacob's report - could you conform that they are closed

The SN appear to have been entered manually, and for whatever reason the person entering them put a dash in front of the SN (they are labeled -1,-2,-3,-4 ) assume the direction on SN to use came from Scott - they were inspected in 2020. We cannot change the SN now that the traveler is done , either the Pansophy Team can remove the dash - or if you reopen all 4 travelers Aaron or Earl could do it

Also - it turns out the traveler in the drop down is called "summery Inspection Report" not INSR, which explains why I had trouble finding it

Anyway - could you please confirm that they care now closed - the last step does not appear to belong to the Inspection group , so if there is still a problem. We will need to know who can close them

Thanks Anne

Anne,

The traveler is P1-INSR and there are 4 open travelers, with strange SNs.

Valerie

Hi Pansophy Team

I am trying to find the traveler P1-INSP, however, however its not appearing in the drop down

Could you let me know where I can find this traveler - I did recall there was a generic traveler used for some of Scotts work ?

However its strange that it appears in Jacobs reports, but not in the drop downs

Thanks Anne

Hi Anne,

There were (7) generic inspection travelers that showed to be open. I think they were labeled as P1-INSP?

What are these for?

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Aaron & Earl

P1 Cryomodule is heading to the tunnel , and Tony was asking that all documents should be closed before the P1 Cryomodule leaves the building and heads to the tunnel

Jacob said that all the NCRs are closed, but quite a few travelers are not closed (most of the open travelers are for Scott & the cavity/VTA groups)

I notice a few that are inspection (but might actually belong to other groups )

Could you please check that all the P1 Inspection travelers are closed - if you cannot close them for any reason please let us know where the issue is

Thanks Anne
