[Pansophy] Open NCRs in LCLS2

Hi Pansophy Team,

As I was collating data for NCRs, I noticed there are still 3 open NCRs in LCLS 2. It looks like they were created recently. When projects are completed, are the data sets locked for further entry or modification? A similar question came up during the C100R meeting regarding a few C100 travelers that were opened 6 months ago.
