[Pansophy] Pansophy Security Upgrade

I have completed the Pansophy Security Upgrade.

It will need some testing to make sure nothing was missed or incorrectly set for security keys.
If all performs as expected then we should be able to open up Pansophy to external partner labs in about a week.

I have created a short 2 slide presentation in an effort to explain the Security Keys.
When would be a good time to show this to users?
