Hi Naeem,

Just wander how this scratch got in... we found such issues only after taking out the CM from CMTF: paying more attention during CMTF waveguide installation this issue was gone.

Had a look on WG NCR photos: it is not clear if these are "fresh" or scratches covered by coating. If these are fresh, more attention should be payed during WG manipulation  - mainly after removing the plastic cover form the WG650 flange.

The dimensional inspection isn't complete yet. This NCR is for scratches found on the large sealing surface

Whats wrong with this waveguide? Suppose something is out of tolerance. Quite unusual situation: we had no issues with NextIntent deliveries for LCLS II.

Yes, the NCR is related to the waveguide box. It is likely going to be returned to the vendor for rework after the remainder of the inspection has been completed
