[Pansophy] LCLS-II HE Vacuum Vessl and Upper Cold Mass shipping schedule

All,

The VV and UCM vendor in China informed Fermi and JLAB representatives 
that the 1st set of RFCHE-VV-002 and RHCHE-UC-002 is planned to ship on 
3/29. It will take roughly a month for the shipment to arrive at JLAB. 
So, expect to see the 1st VV and UCM toward the end of April. It is 
preferred to inspect the first set of VV and UCM right away. we will 
need to decide whether to have both or one of the 1st VV and UCM 
delivered directly to TL.

After the 1st set, the vendor plans to ship one set of VV plus UCM every 
month. It would be good to check and make sure there is sufficient 
storage room at Blue Crab for the future VVs and UCMs since inspection 
may not happen right away after receiving.

Attached is the vendor's shipping plan addressing mainly the changes 
made to the UCM shipping fixture.
