[Pansophy] Wrong folder

Hi Ashley. You were right. Those two are not supposed to be there. The RFIN procedure was already in the C75 folder, but the POL procedure was not. I've moved it over and deleted the procedures from the L2PRD folder. Thank you for catching this!
