Hi all
After thinking about it - a C50 pair will never ever go into a C75 (or vice versa) due to the different cavity shape and lower performance of a C50 vrs C75
So because of the different performance level, we would want a separate C50 Pair Traveler , and a separate C75 Traveler (its driven by the cavity shape)
so please go ahead and get the new traveler into the system so its ready to go for when we get the C50 Pair (coming soon - perhaps Tuesday?)
Thanks everyone !
Anne

Mike and Anne,
Yes all C75 cavities have a different shape and design. The end groups however are the same for both projects.

Hi Anne,
I know that the end groups have been cut off of some "old" cavities and sent to the vendor for "new" cavity assemblies. However I do not know the designs of the cavities before and after. Kurt may be able to shed some light on this topic for clarity.

Hi Valerie
The cavity shape of C75 vs C50 are different - I am guessing this may drive the par to have slight differences also - assuming this the case then likely we will need separate C50 vs C75 Pair travelers
We will likely be doing the pair next week so important that we clear this up - I am putting Kurt Macha on Copy
Thanks Anne

Aaron,
I understand you are asking about the C50R-CPR-INSP-CAV-R3 traveler.
Does this traveler also exist under the C75 project?
We are trying to move ALL Inspections into the C75 project area in preparation for the ER5C project move occurring this summer.
The ER5C (Energy Reach 5 Cell) Project will house a single set of INSP / CHEM / FURN / etc travelers for both the C50R and C75 travelers in order to accommodate the "common parts" between the 2 projects.
