[Pansophy] SNS PPU SEC & REC serial numbers

Larry,
Currently, no travelers capture the national board number hence my
request. Yes, the National Board number can be found in vendor documents
under the "ASME Documentation" section. For the 5 end cans that we ever
received (3 of them are returned):
SEC 001 --> NB SN 2786 *returned*
SEC 002 --> NB SN 2787 *returned*
SEC 003 --> NB SN 2788
REC 001 --> NB SN 2793 *returned*
REC 002 --> NB SN 2794
