[Pansophy] SNS PPU SEC & REC serial numbers

Steve,
Please see below for the correspondences between NB SNs and SEC/REC S/Ns.
srfinv & pansophy teams: can we amend the SECSN and RECSN for PPU to
have both the NB and SEC/REC SNs included? For example, SECSN would have
001(2786), 002(2787) & 003(2788) for now. Five more SECs will be added.
