Please see what you can put together for John Mammosser (SNSPPU).
This is an inspection traveler that will happen with the cryomodule reaches ORNL in TN.
We will want a "new" users list for those at ORNL.
And the supervisor signatures... the last one should be a hold point.

Valerie, attached is an outline for the cryomodule incoming inspection to create a traveler document.  It is missing some of the typical details such as date and who is filliing it out but the meat in in there.  Tell me what you think and we can work on getting it into pansophy.
