Hi Valerie,
My thought is to use #3 "SRF Organizational Information". Would that make more sense compared to the other options?
Thanks,
Tony

Subject: Location for SRF Operations Procedures
I have been looking around DocuShare to find a location to place our static SRFOPS procedures.
These are procedures like CHEM, LEAK, etc. that don’t change between projects and thus shouldn’t need to be replicated.
The top level SRF Institute DocuShare page has 4 basic areas
1. SRF Projects
2. SRF Technical Facilities
3. SRF Organizational Information
4. SRF Quality Management System (QMS)
Do you have a preferred location for where these procedures should be kept?
* The Organization area contains Groups, Institute Policies, R&D Chem room Procedures, etc.
And under Groups is where lots of Cryomodule/Cavity files are kept (including the schedule).
* The Technical Facilities lists the facilities Equipment List, EBW, etc. and the VTA/CMTF, where they keep their OSPs and Procedures.
* The Projects area, most well-known, has open, closed, prospective, continuous improvement, and references.
I have some procedures ready to start moving, but I need to determine a location.
Please indicate your preference, we could always add another “top level” area (LOL).
Thanks for your help.
