[Pansophy] SRFOPS Procedure For Review

Hi Pansophy Team,

The attached procedure is intended to go in the SRFOPS procedures.  I wasn't sure where to upload it in Docushare to initiate the review process.  Can you please save this file to the SRFOPS Procedures (Ready for Review) Docushare folder and initiate the review and approval process?
