Pansophy Team,
I am concerned that the issue seems to be easily repeated when a person adds info to an open data field. The problem is also not easily detectable unless someone notices a mismatch in two different reports. With these reports being used in presentations and potentially being put into the Projects space, a similar issue could become public. Are there error checking queries that can find these issues?

Jacob,
The problem has been fixed. The cause was the person who instantiated the NCRs put "RevB" and "-" in the TravelerRevision field in the NCR, causing them to not properly link or be counted in the NCR (Op/Cl). The NCRs were all opened in late Oct 2020. NCR sequence numbers 211, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230.

Hi Team,

The C75 project has a similar mismatch in NCR counts between the NCR Op/Cl report and the NCR Age Report. NCR Op/Cl says 38 open travelers and NCR Open Age Report says 48 are open. I use both reports regularly in project meetings and the Quality Board. Please let me know when the issue is resolved.

The NCR OP/CL report for SNS shows 4 open travelers >6mo. But the NCR Age Report shows 5 open NCRs >6mo. See screenshots below.
