What is this about?
Why are you suddenly so interested in changing all the reviewer names on the NCR code?

Is this because you are the NCR Process Owner?
However, you are not writing the code for NCRs. You are giving us specifications/requirements.

Please understand. The review is not just about your procedure, but also all the hand coding that goes into the NCR process.

If you still feel that you must dictate the reviewer names then I must ask that Tony give approval.

Inventory participates to some extent with NCRs, but the NCR  or Doc Mgmt procedures don't require an INV review. That said, extra reviewers are fine. On other documents in my ISO processes I have used Anne as the QA Rep to keep separation of responsibilities. I assume you are limited to 4 people in the signature block?
