I was reviewing this procedure prior to routing. There were a few things that I changed, and a question I had.
First, the changes I made. As a procedure, the ID gets a PR right after the project. I also added a periodic review date two years from yesterday. In the body of the procedure, I got rid of the double spaces and added page breaks where it seemed like they were needed. The revised procedure is attached for you to see.
As for the question, this procedure is listed as an R1 but with an initial version released in January. I am not seeing a procedure like this in the system. IF this is the first version, then R1 would be correct. If however there is a previous version from January, then it would be R2. Please let me know how you want us to proceed with this.
