Valerie,
I spoke with Allen at noon. He said the spreadsheet (and soon to be the TPQC) records the name who authored and reviewed the existing revision listed on the spreadsheet; and the names are updated only after the need for a new revision arises. We all thought the spreadsheet lists the current revision number of the document for information; and the names are supposed to be current people who would author and review a new revision. For example, SRF Project Coordinators will replace Kurt Macha's name now, in anticipation/planning of a future revision.
Tony and I just met with SRF Project Coordinators and gave them the assignment to get the latest version of the Project Work Control Documents spreadsheet from DocuShare and update the Author, Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, Project Rep, NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioner, and D3 columns. The SRF OPs Project Coordinators will send updated spreadsheets back to Allen for inputing into the spreadsheets and/or the TPQC.
Is there something I need to adjust with the assignment to the SRF Project Coordinators?
Jacob

Subject: Discussion
Jacob,
I heard from my team that you tried to call several of us during lunch to discuss having the new project coordinators go through the master lists and update the NCR names (since some of them are out of date or missing) and on the approval names, and should they reflect what is in the system, or what it should be (and whether or not we should put the next revision into TPQC even if we don't know if we need it).
Could we extend our CAPA-003 meeting tomorrow at 11am to cover this topic as well?
It would be good to get this conversation started and get a plan in place.
Thank you for considering.
