[Pansophy] Pansophy Access (NEO form and M:drive access request) - Clarification needed.

here is what I think should be ok:

Read & Write areas:

Read only:
SRFINF
SRFTFGROUP
CMM
MLP Area
SRFSIGN

As requested by Naeem, he should have read/write access to the AUP project and also have a Docushare license.

This is the first time we are using our NEO form for SRF.

You have selected Alex as needing to be able to access all of the M:drive areas.

However, is there a “need” for him to be able to “WRITE” into these areas.

Most of the areas are for individual groups to write data and the areas handled by other SRF Personnel would need to be approved by them.

I wanted to make sure this is your intent?



Example: These are the groups in which you are a member:

gciovati : div-acc-1 ansys arra-aip hccm jlabcernox jmakitagrp jpeople-23 mafiausers mfausers-7 sas-kt4 sas-mobilepass-5 scidacusers srf-envacc srfdpt srfee srfprojects srfrd



And this is Alex’s groups currently:

acastill : acc jpeople-23 mfausers-7



We will adjust our form to differentiate between Reading and Writing into an area.
