Hi Mike,

What is the status of fixing the serial numbers on these parts? The inspection group is currently filling out these travelers

Thanks,
Naeem

All,

We are working on getting new labels for these, however making corrections to the database to remove the 4 digit serial numbers will take a little longer.

Note: When placing orders for additional parts, it appears that explicate sequencing is required. Please do not hesitate to contact the Inventory Team for serial number information.

Thank you,

FYI,

The bellows shown below in previous email has arrived to the CMM room for inspection. Calvin was most likely unaware of the re-serialization directions. I will engrave the new SNs Michelle has asked for and Calvin/Mike can print Primes stickers representing the new SNs.

It would be helpful if Pansophy could add the new SNs in the traveler for the following SNS parts:

Beamline 104211500-M8U-8200-A029: 025-027

Supply W2C 104210300-M8U-8200-A103: 009-011

Return W2C 104210300-M8U-8200-A205: 009-010

Earl

Hi all,

We need the SNs for the most recently received beamline and W2C bellows to be changed. The existing SNs are not distinct enough and we need them to be sequentially serialized from the last lots. Here are the new numbers we need to be etched in:

Beamline 104211500-M8U-8200-A029: 025-027 (sand out 0001-0003)

Supply W2C 104210300-M8U-8200-A103: 009-011 (sand out 0001-0003)

Return W2C 104210300-M8U-8200-A205: 009-010 (sand out 0001-0002)

Mike and Calvin, please change the SNs in Primes. Earl and Aaron, please engrave these once you get them for inspection.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks everyone for your help,

Michelle

Hi Anne,

The charge codes for PPU were changed recently, it was P8CSAP but was changed to PACSAP.

All PPU beamline bellows use the same charge code:

104211500-M8U-8200-A029, SNs 0001-0003, traveler SNSPPU-INSP-BLBP

104210300-M8U-8200-A103, SNs 0001-0003, traveler SNSPPU-INSP-SUBP

104210300-M8U-8200-A205, SNs 0001-0002, traveler SNSPPU-INSP-RTBP

Naeem – could you please advise when they will be required for production? I would like to have them inspected with enough time to address any potential issues.

Thanks,

Michelle

Hi Michelle

Could you confirm the charge code – I had in my notes that it is P8CSAP

Are there others remaining that need to be inspected with the old charge code PACSAP , if so could you let me know how many and when they are needed in production

Thanks Anne

Hi Anne,

The remainder of the 8th CM bellows arrived on Friday and are in inventory. The part numbers are 104210300-M8U-8200-A103 SNs 0001-0003 (supply) and 104210300-M8U-8200-A205 SNs 0001-0002 (return). The traveler IDs are SNSPPU-INSP-SUBP and SNSPPU-INSP-RTBP respectively, the charge code is also PACSAP. Please add these to the schedule as well.

Thanks for your help,

Michelle

Subject: PPU beamline bellows inspection

Hi Anne,

The beamline bellows for the 8th PPU CM arrived today and are inventory, the SNs are 0001-0003. If these could please be added to the inspection queue I would appreciate it. The traveler ID is SNSPPU-INSP-BLBP and the charge code is PACSAP. These inspections are not required immediately, however they need to be checked with enough time to address potential problems prior to string assembly. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,

Michelle
