[Pansophy] L2HE-CLNRM-FPCC NCR issue

Michelle,

This happens because both serial numbers are listed in the L2HE-CLNRM-FPCC-INSP (63 & 64).
The search is based on the traveler id and sequence number and not the internal serial number.
This does cause some confusion, but only happens with serial numbers are combined.
I will see if the team can come up with a way to fine-tune this search.

Hi Pansophy team,
There has been some confusion about the HE FPC NCRs depending on where in Pansophy the NCRs are viewed.  Chris let me know that in Datamine an NCR comes up for SN 064:

But looking at each NCR listed above, only SN 063 is listed:

Also, looking at the traveler there is no NCR listed for 064:

We don't have any other record for 064 requiring an NCR, it should be fine to use.  SN 063 was already sent back to the vendor to address the issue recorded in the NCR.  Could you please let me know why this might be happening and what can be done to rectify this?
