[Pansophy] Traveler Help needed

Hi,
I am trying to add a D3 to a traveler and having issues.  This is traveler SNSPPU-CHEM-CAV-HPR Seq 126.  I have instantiated and submitted the start of the traveler, but it still says "Please submit page before opening".  I am trying to start this traveler, but I can't fill out all the data because the HPR isn't happening until Thursday and I just want to document some work that happened today in a D3.

What am I doing wrong?
