[Pansophy] Traveler Help needed

We have had some issues with instantiation of D3s and we aren't sure of what is causing them. Try leaving the traveler and then going back to it and clicking the D3 button.

Hi,
I am trying to add a D3 to a traveler and having issues.  This is traveler SNSPPU-CHEM-CAV-HPR Seq 126.  I have instantiated and submitted the start of the traveler, but it still says "Please submit page before opening".  I am trying to start this traveler, but I can't fill out all the data because the HPR isn't happening until Thursday and I just want to document some work that happened today in a D3.

What am I doing wrong?
