[Pansophy] WMGRDR-GRDR-RMV-R2

All of the drawings are needed. Since the girders have multiple configurations, it is not possible to make the traveler point to specific drawings. Instead, I need to provide the user with all of the relevant drawings and they will need to find the drawings needed for the specific girder being worked. This is why the traveler only instructs the user to look in the folder with the drawings. The GirderDrawingList and GirdersToBeRefurbished files are references that are not specifically used in the traveler but may be helpful to the user in identifying which drawings they need to build the girder.

Tiffany,
Apologies for not getting back to you on this. Some items came up and I had to deal with them. I didn't know which items to move exactly, so I copied the entire contents of the preliminary drawings folder into Traveler Included Files. Do you need all of them, or can some be removed and left just in the preliminary drawings?

The WMGRDR drawings are not being changed - so if you want to move them, I just ask that you put them in a folder clearly marked as folders with the existing sub-folder configuration so the user can find the drawing that they need. There are several drawings and the drawings needed for each girder depend on the style you are building.

Tiffany,
The link does go to preliminary drawings. Are you still finalizing the drawings for WMGRDR? I'm trying to figure out if Preliminary Drawings is the right folder, or if we should move any needed for this traveler to Traveler Included Files.

Good morning Allen.
I removed the "WMGRDR-CHEM-COMP-DEGR" reference from the cover sheet. My intention was only to call attention to the user that they needed to have some parts cleaned in accordance with the DEGR traveler for the work in the RMV traveler. To avoid confusion, I just removed the DEGR from the references and only mention the DEGR traveler in the appropriate work step.
I'm not sure what happened to the Girder assembly drawing link. I've corrected it in Step 11 and also added it to the references section to aid the user in finding the appropriate drawings before the cleanroom work begins. Please check that the link goes to the correct location when you try to open it. It should open the WMGRDR "05 - Preliminary Drawings" folder:

Tiffany,
I am returning WMGRDR-GRDR-RMV-R2 to you. There were a couple of references I was having trouble with. First, the one titled "WMGRDR-CHEM-COMP-DEGR - See latest revision in Pansophy". Was it your intention to link this to the traveler in pansophy? The other is the "Girder Assembly Drawing" in step 11. The link goes to a link that says I am not authorized as a "guest", despite being logged in to docushare. When I try logging in, I get a warning saying the connection is not secure. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but we should probably redo that link so others don't run into the same problem.
I've attached the document for ease of editing. Please use this one, as I have already updated several links that were going to word docs instead of PDFs. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen
