[Pansophy] Approval Signatures on Travelers ?

Hi Anne,

The required signatures came from me as a means to drive consistency in how the approval of travelers is managed. The intent is to have different names for each role. There can be exceptions.

Ashley’s name would be Author.

Then someone from her group would be designated as the SME (hopefully that is why the person is reviewing).

OR she could put K. Davis as WCLead.

So on the traveler itself – where should her name appear and which should she leave blank ?  My impression was that she thinks she must sign it 3 times



I am guessing her name would appear  only as author , and she would leave WC and SME Blank ? (and of course would have another person as the reviewer )



Question may come up from others – just need to understand the process – perhaps it will become more clear in the meeting with Tony

The new column headers are to match our new online system for TPQC.

Not All Columns have to be filled in.

This is to help with Tony’s uncertainty that SRFOPS people are being included in traveler reviews and such.

Ashley’s name would only need to be once. If she is the author then she would designate someone else to be SME (a.k.a. Reviewer) for the traveler.

Ashley told me this afternoon that she has seen recently that the WC lead and SME  has been added to the travelers as a required approval . Ashley said that this means she must sign up to 3 times now since she is usually the Author, SME and WC Lead - she was wondering if this added complexity is really needed ?



It was the first that I had heard of these changes - so before rolling this I think we should get this reviewed .



 In tomorrows meeting (as was requested ), our first priority was to get names (Authors/Reviewers) assigned to all the travelers for ER- however if time permits , we  may need to include a short discussion on these additions
