[Pansophy] Traveler ready for Approval

When I opened the file that you attached, it did not have the headers and footers.  I created the document over from the template to get them added back.  I also updated the section headers to the ones needed for this procedure and added a table of contents, which will hopefully be helpful to the chemistry staff using the procedure.  I added Ashley as the author, Alex as reviewer, Kirk as approver, Tony as SRF head.  I did not change any content / steps in the procedure.  Attached is the updated procedure for review.

Ashley - if you are ok with the attached procedure, please let Allen know to go ahead and route it for approval.

I was reviewing the references in the procedure. One of them is titled Chemistry Cleaning Procedures, and leads to a draft procedures folder. In addition, the most recent document in the folder was written in 2010. This of course will need to be updated; both to in production procedures as well as ones that weren't written while I was still in elementary school. Where should the new link go?

Yes, please convert the procedure CP-STP-CAV-CHEM-DEGR-R3 to the current template and save it to the new SRFOPS folder location.  I believe the procedure once converted should be labeled as SRF-MSPR-CHEM-COMP-DEGR.  Ashley can provide who should be listed as the author and reviewers.

I went ahead and routed the traveler, but I did have a question about the referenced procedure. It is nearing five years old and is in an older procedure template. Should we create a more up to date version of this procedure? If so, I can transfer the procedure to the current template, and send it to you or the author to make changes before being sent for approval.
