Matt,

I was reviewing this traveler prior to routing for approval. It mostly looks good, but it has some things that require fixing.
In the document title, the revision number needs to come at the end.
On the first page, the NCR and D3 sections are left bare. Please fill them out with the appropriate emails of people who need to be notified in the event of an NCR or D3 being opened.
In step 22, the holdpoint fieldname is still under the default name. This can be simply renamed to holdpoint, but it does need to be changed to something beyond [[FIELDNAME]].
Lastly, I noticed a few formatting issues. There were several cases of double spacing and it seems your copy of Microsoft word still has smart characters turned on. Both of these issues will cause error symbols in the traveler when converted to pansophy if they are not caught beforehand. I’ve attached a short presentation I did a while back on smart characters and how to turn them off. Once they are deactivated, they can be replaced in the traveler.
