[Pansophy] Traveler Revision L2HE

Adam,

When you open up Word and go to create a new document, you will see a list of templates. If pansophyproceduretemplate is not showing up, switch from "featured" templates to "shared". It should show up there. You can also pin templates to the featured side, which I'd recommend doing for both the procedure template and the traveler template.
If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of what you're looking at and we can go from there.

   Thanks for your help with all of this, I am new to it. Yes, I was submitting  L2HE-PR-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R2 for a revision approval. Can you point me in the right direction for the pansophyproceeduretemplate.

I went ahead and routed the traveler. In the future, please put any documents ready to be routed for approval in the project's ready for approval folder (L2HE's can be found here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-49548>). We have notifications set up on those folders, and having a dedicated folder for documents ready for approval reduces the risk of grabbing the wrong version.

I also noticed that you uploaded a version of L2HE-PR-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R2 at the same time. Was this also intended to be routed for approvals? If so, it is in an older procedure template. The most up to date template is titled pansophyproceeduretemplate.

If you need any help with converting the procedure to the latest template, or anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
