John,
Regarding your email, this is the last update I got regarding SNSPPU-CMA-CM-ASSY. Unless there's something else that has come up, I'm just waiting on the procedure.

As soon as I have the procedure in that folder, I'll route both the traveler and the procedure at the same time. The traveler won't go into pansophy until I get the procedure approved and in docushare, but we won't be waiting around for two back to back approvals.

Hi Jared,
I did a review and edit of the document - formatting and suggested wording changes. When you are done with the document, you will need to upload it to this folder in DocuShare. Ready For Approvals (jlab.org)<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-52464>. I will be around tomorrow and can answer any questions.

Thank you John,
I had a quick chat with Valerie, and she reminded me that SRF-MSPR procedures go through Jacob Harris, who I've CC-ed to this email. I went ahead and changed the ID of the procedure to reflect its SRF master procedure status. Please review the procedure with Jared (listed as the document owner) and work with Jacob to get it approved. We can put it in to the traveler from there.

SRF Master, yes it can be approved. Use this version of the Traveler, I modified the revision descriptions.

Thank you John. Regarding the indium procedure, the issue isn't word doc vs PDF per se (that's more of a symptom of the issue), it's that the procedure doesn't appear to be approved. If this is the case, we'll need to get it reviewed and approved. I assume it is an SNSPPU procedure? Or could it instead be an SRF master procedure used for multiple projects?

I linked to the new SOP in step 48 and attached the PDF version of the Indium Procedure. I am not sure if it was already approved. Is this all you need?

John,
I suppose it would help if I actually attached the traveler to the email.

John,
I had 2 main questions about the traveler.
First, in step 18 there's a link to an "Indium Installation Procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-249185/Indium%20procedure.docx>". The link goes to a word document. As we are supposed to link to just the PDF of a procedure, I tried to find the PDF version. No luck. I was wondering if anyone knew if this procedure had been approved and if so where it was. If not, we will have to get it approved before it can be put in the traveler. If need be, I can have both the traveler and this procedure routed at the same time, I just need to upload the procedure and fix the link before the traveler can go out.
The other question was regarding the SOP<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-249260/SOP-SNSCMPressureTestingRevB.doc> in step 47. It is from 2003, and there seems to be a more recent one<https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/mis_forms/operational_safety_procedure_form.cfm?entry_id=102890> that looks like it would suffice. Please review and confirm if it can be used or not.
Once we get these questions squared away, I can continue the approval process for SNSPPU-CMA-CM-ASSY-R2. Please let me know if you have any questions. For your convenience, I've attached the traveler to this email.

Jared,
I was wondering if there was any update on SNSPPU-CMA-CM-ASSY-R2. When we last talked, you said you needed to look into my questions. It has been a few weeks and I was wondering where we were on this.
Thank you for your time,
Allen
