[Pansophy] FW: Help restoring pansophy & DocuShare access

I'm not exactly following here. Could you help me paint the picture so I know how best to help? You mention pansophy permissions getting changed, then start talking about docushare. These are two different systems. The permissions of one do not directly affect the permissions of another. And what do you mean by updating your onsite visit information?

   I updated my onsite visit information and that as changed my permissions on pansophy so I have lost access to DocuShare. Would you help to restore my DocuShace access? My user name is drbever .
