No this can't be changed due to the fact that the PAIRSN was requested for this traveler as it's distinguishing SN.
The NCR/D3 system pulls information from the designated SN.
There are only a very few instances where this happens.
You will need to select the Part Acronym (FPCCSN)
And then select the FPCC serial number on which the NCR is being issued against.
Then the NCT will populated with the correct information.

Hello,
NCRs on the L2HE-CLNRM-FPCC-INSP traveler are not auto-populating the acronym/serial number fields. I know this traveler has a unique serial number identifier. Can this be fixed?
