This is only a suggestion , the Pansophy Team might want to consider putting an announcement on the bulletin board outside of TL1227  for the new  Menu upgrades (Megan might also look over the material that is presently posted to see if it’s still relevant, or should be discarded )



The production meetings don’t include everyone in SRF , so the bulletin board is also a good way to communicate,  so far mainly its been mainly used for Quality & Safety  (dating back to when Johnny was here)  , however I am sure that Jacob would not mind setting aside a section for “Pansophy News”



Just an idea to consider

The Pansophy Team has been working on an upgraded menu system  for the past several months and we are now ready to release into Production.



We will be upgrading the Menus and related directories/files on Tuesday June 14th, 2022 starting at 5pm.



Purpose And Benefits:

u Categorizes pages by Work/Use Areas

u Examples: Production Floor Work, Quality Control Reports, Scientific Data Mining

u Minimizing the need to “hop” between Main Menu Areas

u Reduces number of “clicks” to information.

u Archives

u Unused / no longer needed Reports

u Closed Projects

u Maximizes Visibility and Priorities of Areas

u Updates the flow in Preparation for SRF’s growing needs
