A new revision to the L2HE-INSP-CAV traveler has been uploaded to the Ready for Approval folder.  This revision adds reference to the bellows defect guidance document and clarifies when an NCR is required with respect to this guidance.  Please send this revision out for approval.

Thank you again for your review of these bellows defects and your concurrence on the record of decision. I have informed RI that we will accept these bellows as-is. I have also prepared some slides (attached) for incoming inspection personnel so they know what to expect when the cavities arrive - please pass these along.
