Rework Comment: 15May2022 Bagged bellow joints between cav 2 and 3 separately to purge with nitrogen and identify leak. Cav 2 downstream leak sized at 4.96e-06 Torr L/s Cav 3 upstream no leak detected. Started bagging Cav 1 and 2 section. 16May2022 Finished bagging between Cav 1 and 2. Purging bellows with nitrogen while spraying one FPC at a time with He. Cav 1 FPC no leak detected. Cav 2 FPC Leak sized at 1.28e-07 Torr L/s. After allowing scan to recover started with Cav 1 downstream bellows no leak detected. Cav 2 upstream bellows leak sized at 3.98e-09 Torr L/s. Increased torque for all 3 flanges to 35 ft lbs. Cav 2 downstream bellows now at 1.06e-06 Torr L/s. Cav 2 upstream bellows now at 2.67e-09 Torr L/s. Cav 2 FPC no leak visible.
17May2022 Increased torque on Cav 2 upstream and downstream to 40 ft lbs. Cav 2 downstream bellows now at 4.41e-07 Torr L/s. Cav 2 upstream bellows now at 3.4e-09 Torr L/s. Increased torque on Cav 2 upstream and downstream to 45 ft lbs. Cav 2 downstream bellows now at 3.6e-07 Torr L/s. Cav 2 upstream bellows now at 4.12e-09 Torr L/s String isolated to swap over to slow bleed up line. Slow bleed up started at 2:06pm.
18May2022 Gasket changed on Cav 2 upstream 19May2022 Bellows changed between Cav 2-3. Slow pump down started. 20May2022 Leak in bag 3 sized at 1.72e-08 Torr L/s. Leak in bag 4 sized at 3.49e-09 Torr L/s. Bagged Cav 2-3 bellows individually as well as Cav 2 upstream and FPC. Started narrowing leaks down after lunch. Cav3 upstream no leak visible after 5 mins of helium spray. Cav2 downstream leak sized at 1.35e-08 Torr L/s. Cav2 upstream leak sized at 3.05e-09 Torr L/s. Cav 2 FPC leak sized at 3.27e-11 Torr L/s. Increased torque on Cav2 upstream and downstream to 50ft lbs. Cav2 downstream no leak detected. Cav2 upstream no change.
