Yes, I can do that, I just didn’t want that to be an issue with sharing information he shouldn’t have too.
Would PPU and the HB cavity data be okay to send him?

Valerie,
I didn’t realize it violated usual practices. He wanted to see past BCP data for PPU and HB cavities to determine how he wanted to proceed with his next cavity and there were several in the folder. He tried to access it and couldn’t, so he might not have access anymore.

What would be the best way to share the information with him? Do I need permission for the projects?

This is against our usual practices for “external” customers.

I’m surprised Rongli still has a DocuShare account.

I’m sure this is an oversight on the Computer Center.



For what purpose does he need all of this data? This area covers a lot of projects and information.
