[Pansophy] jlab login terminal not working

Good Afternoon,

I downloaded the terminal for my PC via PuTTY and when the terminal
requests me to type my password after entering my username, it doesn't
allow me to type in my password. I was also instructed to go to a drop
down menu and change the login method but I can't find that either. These
