Christiana,

The field is if you have any comments about the document you're approving. If you want to approve, there should be a set of buttons in the lower right corner to either approve, disapprove, or respond later. I've attached a screenshot from our docushare training, does the page look something like this?

I am aware of the changes. I click on the link in your email. All I see is a link to the document and a field to enter text. Do I need to do something?
