Thanks Tiffany. I've gone ahead and updated the link in the traveler and I'm putting it and the procedures out right now. Any help I on getting the approvals through would be appreciated.

Allen

I found a standard procedure already written for the slow pump system - SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-251963/SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP-R1.pdf ). I think this procedure can replace the CP-C100-CAV-EVAC procedure.

Allen - please do not route the C100R-PR-CLRNM-CAV-EVAC procedure I just uploaded to the Ready for Approvals folder. Instead, please use the hyperlink to SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP as the reference procedure in the C100R-CAV-ASSY2 traveler revision.

Yes - the RGA Leak Test Procedure can be replaced with SRF-MSRP-CLNRM-LEAK.

When the procedures are ready, please route them to Chris, Danny, myself, and Tony for approval along with the traveler.

Thank you!

If you all want a transfer, I can do that. I'll send the finished products out to Tiffany and anyone else you want to review them. If the transfer are acceptable, I will route the traveler and the procedures at the same time to speed things up, and then hold off on uploading the traveler until the procedures are in production.

Also, can I assume that replacing the RGA Leak Test Procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-43056/CP-C100-CAV-LKTS%5B1%5D%5B1%5D.pdf> with SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-251183/SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK-R1.pdf> is acceptable?

Hey Tiffany those are all pretty old I would help rewrite them but I don't have my laptop here and I can't get on with my iPad to do anything I would see maybe just transfer them over to the new stuff and then we can rewrite them when we're done with the next string at least they'll be in the new format and easier to revision at that point

Danny, Chris - Could you please look at the procedures that C100R-CAV-ASSY2 references and let me know which ones are ok as-is (meaning that we could just convert them to the new format without changes to the work steps) and which ones need to have the work steps revised? I've attached the referenced procedures to this email.

Tiffany,

I was reviewing your C100R-CAV-ASSY2-R2 for approvals. It looks good, except for the references. I noticed that all three procedures outdated, with some dating as far back as 12 years. With periodic reviews in place, we should get these procedures updated.

I did a bit of poking around, and we have an SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-251183/SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK-R1.pdf> that should cover the RGA Leak Test Procedure. As for the others, there may be up to date procedures in other projects that would apply (at which point we should consider making them Master procedures); or I could pull the info from the old versions into a new procedure, send them to you for editing, and then get them approved. How would you like to proceed?
