[Pansophy] jlab login terminal not working

I'm able to get to the disclaimer screen of the terminal and I'm trying to
initiate the remote desktop connection but it says that my user (my jlab
login info) isn't authorized for remote access. I also don't have a Smart
Card like it says in the directions.
