Darn. That's something I can't help with. Nothing to be done about the smartcard until Computer Center gets you one. As for your login info not being authorized, that's probably them too but maybe Valerie can also do something (if nothing else, push them again to get you taken care of). She's off already so we probably won't hear back until tomorrow. Still, send her a message in Microsoft teams if you can, and maybe you can catch her before that.

I'm able to get to the disclaimer screen of the terminal and I'm trying to initiate the remote desktop connection but it says that my user (my jlab login info) isn't authorized for remote access. I also don't have a Smart Card like it says in the directions.
