[Pansophy] L2HE-CMA-UCM-INSP traveler corrections

Hi Pansophy team,

I tried to submit a service request but got errors. Allen advised that 
it is because my message is too long.

Please help me to do the following on the subjected traveler (there is 7 
instances in the system):

1. All 7 travelers have not been assigned with SerialNum's. Please correct.

2. There is a new revision, R2, that has been approved. Please convert 
R1 travers with Sequence Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7 to R2. Note that 1, 6 
& 7 were closed before and they should be opened after the conversion to 
allow uploading new data.

3. Please migrate R1 travelers data to R2.
