[Pansophy] L2HE-CWI-VV Request

Hi Gary,
I saw you request to reopen L2HE-CWI-VV sequence 6 to change the VVSN. I will reopen it but I noticed that the file attachments even include the SN that the traveler already has (RFCHE-VV-016) so if you change what is in the VVSN dropdown, those will have to be changed as well
