[Pansophy] Work Control Document Review

Joshua,

I've attached some files for you to review as part of our next step. The TPQC project has come in during a transition from the old masterlists used to keep track of project status to the new work control documents. As such, some of our projects are in the old template, some in the new, and some are in transitional versions as we were trying to figure out what the WCD would look like.
What we would like for you and Elijah to do next is make sure each project has a work control document set up and ready to be uploaded into TPQC. I've attached a couple of project's masterlists/WCDs for you to get started on, as well as a blank WCD template to create new WCDs from if need be. I recommend a three-step process; first checking if the project's sheet matches the WCD template or not. Then, if it does not match, moving the information into the new template. Lastly, add a column right after the traveler/procedure ID, put the revision number in (written as R#) and adding in the information for earlier revisions. That last part will involve docushare, so let us know if you have any trouble accessing it or finding the right documents (I'd recommend the PDFs or word docs). The template has some example entries inside to give you an idea for how it should look, you can delete those before you start adding to it. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
